12x12 Microfiber Terry Towel - 300GSM

I contacted collegepromos just to let them know, I wasn't putting a logo on the product. We were only going to put the name of the business. They did an awesome job. The customer service rep was very professional.

Creating the proof was super simple, and it was ready to review within the expected timeline. Challenges with Hurricane Beryl in Houston left me without a way to check on the proofs once they were ready, but Victoria reached out via email and even gave me a call to make sure that I saw the proofs before the order expired. She was able to place my order on hold until I could approve for production, which was a HUGE help! The products arrived looking exactly as I had hoped and on the date that I expected them. All around great experience!

We recently purchased some cooling towels. Naturally, my budget was pretty slim, so I had to go with a lower cost towel. Eva was really helpful throughout the process and communicated each step of the way once I submitted my file. I was worried how to the quality would turn out and honestly was so impressed. (I have not tested to see how long they stay wet, but have other towels that were higher cost and feel the same) so I'm hopeful! The service and products were both great, I will order again!

Experience was fantastic. Everything arrived either on time or earlier then expected. Quality was good, printing was clear and good quality. Rosa was our rep, and she was great to work with. A few problems came up throughout the order (mostly misunderstandings on my part) and she was great about getting them cleared up and resolved satisfactorily (I think that's a real word).

Seems pretty easy to upload our logo and definitely cheaper than many places. I do wish some of the divot tools I looked at could have minimum order number less than 250.

I struggled with what rating to give. I want to give 5 STARS to Akira. She went above and beyond to make sure our order got processed in time to have for our event. The billing was somewhat for a problem (again Akira took care of us) and almost delayed our order from getting processed in time.

Akira was wonderful and helped my company with all of our design and ordering questions. She even followed up after our order arrived to make sure we loved everything. Top notch!

We like it but I wish I looked at the specs closer. Product was a little small for what we were thinking but no reflection on collegepromos. The patients love them and we are still glad we got them. We went black with metallic silver, very nice.

These were a bit smaller than expected (yes, the size was noted, but still...) the other thing that dropped this to a 4-star, was that the printed logo will obviously not last very long on the microfiber. It's already cracking and peeling a bit. I don't think this is collegepromos's 'fault' but the nature of the material. If you want something that's going to hold your logo, find another material...

We are very pleased with the custom golf towels! The imprint is high quality, the towel is nice, and the metal grommet and clip is as pictured. We feel the final product is a good representation for our business. I recommend this item.

I don't think that the black towel looks like a black towel. I am disappointed. I wish when I ordered that someone would have said these aren't a true black.

I thought towels would be bigger however on some towels the ink is smearing staining other towels so far have about 80 towels with smears .
